How do I get volunteers for a one-service church?

My Spiritual Center has recently moved into a facility that is large enough to accomodate the congregation in one service. The adults love being a part of this large community, and not feeling split into different services. The youth program, however, is not doing so well. It is very difficult to ask a parent or member to come on Sunday morning to help with the children, although they do get a CD of the service. Any ideas or experience dealing with this situation would be greatly appreciated.
