Free SS Teacher Training Materials

We are teaching in a small Bible college overseas and I would like to give them a set of simple teacher training notes that can be copied without worry of copyright.

They are poor and the students have no books. We just photocopy notes for them. Does anyone know of a set of notes that we could freely copy? Thank you.
