Blanket and Names Game

We often play this game to remember the names of the people in the group.

First let the children say their names and the others try to remember them. Then form two groups.

A Blanket is placed between the group being held on both ends by the teachers. The group chooses one from among them and have them move near the blanket. So both sides have one from the team near the blanket.

Then when ready the teachers drop the blanket and the representatives try to guess the name of the other. The fastest gets a point.

On and on it goes until all got the chance to play. Group with the highest score wins.

The one chosen can make faces, or do something to distract the other from remembering his name.
